Currently I am a full-time professor of Organizational Behavior at the IE Business School in Madrid Spain. Originally from Chicago, IL, USA. My research explores developing authentic leadership, leader self-awareness, and understanding cross-cultural leadership styles. This month finishing a 9 month course with Craig Hamilton's Integral Enlightenment - and as a result planning to redesign my MBA courses this summer in order to build more integral perspectives and capacities in us all.
