I am a practicing organisational psychologist involved for over 20 years in leadership development and organisational change. I am deeply stimulated by the discourse on sustainable and transformational change in individuals and larger systems such as organisations and society. My life orientation is to be the change that I would like to see happening around me. I am involved in academical institutions and leadership development platforms in South Africa and I am looking forward to be influenced by this wonderful process started by the Waking up the Workplace initiative.
