Born in 1970 in Heidelberg, I went trough many different phases in my life - as an example, at the age of 5 I did both ballet and rugby and as you may guess there is alittle more afterwards.....nowadays I am a consultant and facilitator with an organization called cidpartners, curious about the development of people and organisations, interested in the bringing together of seemingly diverse worlds, enjoying people who live their talk, learning and practicing holacracy and familiar methods. Living in Germany, part-time business-life, part-time non-profit-work. I practice and live diamondway-buddhism since 1994.
